"Frank the owner is dishonest about pricing. My parents ordered a glass top for their kitchen table, Frank quoted them $398 which included delivery and removal of old glass - Upon delivery they were charged $628!! A call to the owner did nothing, he knew what he was doing! Taking advantage of customers is not good in my book - PROCEED WITH EXTREME CAUTION!! Get pricing in writing. Definitely feel swindled - NO MORE!"
"The windows are great, no more leaks, however the caulking on the outside has turned yellow. When it was first installed no coloration at all. Now this! I have called them for over a year to get someone out here, but alas, nobody shows or calls. I will never recommend them, just on their customer service alone!!"
"We had a great experience with United Glass & Mirror. They installed our master bathroom mirror. I called and received a quote very quickly. They were able to install less than two weeks later. The installers were very nice. They helped us select the right placement. The install was quick - about 30 minutes from the time they arrived to the time they departed. We will definitely use them again!"
"After weeks of attempting to find someone to manufacture replacement glass doors for a China hutch my wife found United Glass & Mirror. Unlike, other companies who wouldn’t call back or never provided a promised quote, Frank provided her a quote while they were on the phone. I went by the next day with the remains of the old panes and met with Frank and Cody who were extremely professional and helpful. They explained my options , disposed of the old, broken glass for me, and then Cody came out and took on-site measurements to ensure the replacement panes would fit properly. A couple weeks later Cody called back that the panes were ready and told us we owed significantly less than we had been quoted. The new panes fit the hutch perfectly and we are more than happy with the service we received and the price we paid. I would absolutely work with United Glass & Mirror again."
