"Had a leak in ceiling in kitchen paid 400$ for the guy to put a 3ft × 3ft hole in the ceiling with a hammer then when he couldn't find where leak was coming from before going any further with tearing out a shower pan upstairs i had another plumber come out and told me put a 10$ splash guard on the tub up stairs and the leak was fixed. So needless to say I had a very bad experience to say the least. Oh, and btw I personally patched the hole"

"Over price is the first thing. Second he didn't discuss a price with me, I showed him the problems and he went to fit them which is ok that's fine, but was at my home less than 38 mins and charge $225 to replace a shower cartridge. Also he charge to fix the leak under my sink but it started leaking the next day, came back out and said oh its the sink drain "we charge $165 for that" !!!! The guy him self was nice, but bad business."

"My water heater went out and I saw the good reviews and decided to call to have a tech come out. He showed up a few minutes late, no big deal. But he barely even looked at the unit, never removed the safety plate and after 1 minute said, "Oh this is old and model we don't see often. It's dead and needs to be replaced." And he charged me 95.00 and left. The whole thing took less than 10 minutes. I called a second person to get a another quote as it seemed high. He got the heater working in less than 5 minutes, felt so badly about the last guy that he refused to charge me. He quoted me 250 less than the F&K tech and said it was not mission critical and that I could get a few more months out of it and to no rush. I will NEVER recommend F&K to anyone. Total crooks. DO NOT USE!"
