They had many people calling and I appreciate they were able to get to me quickly and communicated throughout the whole process. "Today we woke up to our heat not working. I gave Clintonaire a call. Nicole the receptionist was able to get one of the guys out ASAP! The service technician, Chris showed up at the time I was give which was the first great impression. He came in and diagnosed the issue right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional during the visit. "WOW, finally a contractor that shows up on time, does what he says, and takes pride in his work which is evident in the final product. Matt was great, gave me a reasonable price and answered any concerns I had. His assistant Nicole who handles scheduling, the permit process, and product registration was a joy to deal with. Matts work is almost like an art form, I will definitely refer him to anyone looking for a furnace, air-conditioner, or boiler. The only problem is he doesn't do cement work, roof repairs, or kitchen and bath remodels."
"Got a referral from a neighbor when I needed my water heater replaced. They came out on time and were able to give me a quote on the spot. The installation appointment went great, even though I had to go back to work they were professionals all the way! I came home to a new water heater and no mess.
