"Terrible is a very polite for the lack of professionalism produced by this company. My husband brought my computer into the store (Best Buy) and after about 5 minutes, he came back and said they had to come to our home. Then he gave us a 3 week timeline.- Then --- some woman called from outside the USA and said they could fix it over the phone with my help. I must add we purchased the extra service program. I have used Best Buy for many products, but their lack of any care at all - in any way was insulting beyond belief. I am admittedly, not wise in the ways of a computers and this is why Geek Squad was our first thought. We are not mean spirited but I would warn ANYONE interested in purchasing a new computer--please, for your own sake, go elsewhere. Buyer Beware. God Bless."
"Went in to ask if they had a part for my laptop. Only geek squad worker helping 2 others ahead of me said it would just be a couple mins. I waited almost 40 mins before a 2nd worker came out and then was told i have to have a appt. To simply ask if they could get a part. Than the appt could only be made for several hrs later? Why couldnt they just tell me that from the start!"
