Only negative I have would be the quote to actual price being so different for the issue to be exactly what I was quoted for on the phone. Still, the price wasn't unreasonable, just unexpected!"
"Have had drain detectives come out a handful of times for clogged drains. Most recent time they had to remove and reset the toilet. Very positive experience. They took off their shoes upon entering the home, patiently listened to me explain the issue and asked some questions, and then explained what they thought they needed to do and the cost. On the way out, some of the equipment dripped a few drops on the floor, and the young man immediately went to the truck and returned with floor cleaning spray and a rag. Will continue to use whenever I have plumbing issues."
