"I spoke with Brenda (sooo personable!) and she asked for pictures of the info on the refrigerator (make, model etc), the ice maker that fell off of its mount and inside of the freezer where the ice maker should be. The technician Pat arrived on time and the ice maker that fell off was not working. That part was brand new a month ago. He had a new replacement in his truck (so lucky)! He worked to make sure that it was secure and level which is so important on an ice maker. I’ve had the ice bin replaced three times because the water would pour out of the ice maker and freeze in the bin. Then, if you used the ice dispenser, the bin would crack because it was a huge block of ice. I can’t thank Brenda and Pat enough for solving this huge problem! AJ’s is a top notch appliance repair company. I’d recommend them for your repairs on your appliances! Thank you again Brenda and Pat!"
