"There was a garbage disposal issue that arose in my house. Alex was the plumber that came to service my home. From the very beginning he was great. First things first I have a very large and timid dog around new people. He immediately felt comfortable with him. Even watched him work. Once the garbage disposal was fixed there was another issue that arose and now any other person I feel would have just up and left because now we were close to 5 pm and it’s been three hours in the home already. This man said I’m not leaving a family without running water overnight and will try and fix the issue. He fixed it, showed me exactly what he did, what the problem was and made me feel very comfortable having him work on something so important. As far as pricing, I have had some work done in the home and I lost a few hairs and grew a few greys from having to empty my pockets, but for the amount of time and work he did in my home I thought my heart would sink, Not for this company, quality work and great pricing. If you’re reading this, I highly recommend using this company if you’re looking for high quality work at a great price point. It’s very hard to find people who put so much time, effort and that human factor of caring into the job."
