"Lakeview is absolutely spectacular! I called in the middle of the night because my tub backed up and my toilet wouldn't flush. Matt came and checked everything out. Turns out I had a broken sewer line. Matt and Thomas explained everything so that I completely understood what was going on. They cleared the original obstruction and told me I could call them at any time between then and my appointment for repair, which provided tremendous peace of mind. They explained all the financing options to me, which took the stress out of the expense. On the appointed day, Mason and Ethan came. They were very courteous and professional and, much to my delighted surprise, they finished the entire job in one day! They had to come in and out of my house and they were completely trustworthy, not to mention clean--they didn't leave so much as a dusty footprint behind. I have heard so many horror stories from friends who went through a similar experience, so I've been dreading having to have this done almost from the time I bought my house nearly 20 years ago. If I had known there were people like the guys at Lakeview, though, I wouldn't have been nearly as stressed out about it, because they took great care of me! I would 100% recommend Lakeview, 15 out of 10 stars!"

"My sister forwarded the name of this company to me. She spoke directly with the owner about a recent job they completed, so I politely asked the owners name so I could speak with him. The woman told me that he was on vacation. I could hear in her delivery to me that she was annoyed, so I offered to call another day. She said "OK BYE" and abruptly hung the phone up on me. I was appalled. I called back and identified myself and asked her name. She said her name was CAROL. She recalled our conversation. I asked her why she hung up on me. She immediately began to raise her voice... screaming, "This is how it works"...I ended the call. Carol is probably dealing with issues bigger than her. I hope she gets the help she needs so that she can embrace potential customers, not deter them. I hope this post does 2 things: 1. remind the owners of this business that without customers, there will be no service. We have choices. 2. Inform potential clients of what to expect when they call this company. In fairness, I will update this post if the owner of this business reaches out to me."

"I needed some plumbing pipes extended in my kitchen. First of all, they charged me $600 for a small job and less than 2 hours of work. Tore up my outside skirting trying to find the main shut off instead of asking. Second of all, when they were done he made me replace the dishwasher hose myself which should have been included in his estimate. Thirdly he Jimmy rigged my hot and cold water lines with a screw and a zip tie which popped off and I had to rebracket them correctly myself. Fourthly, he did not tighten any connections properly so I've tried myself and there's still a small leak. So I messaged "Matthew" back and he tried to blame the leak on my cats and said, "Well I'll cover it this time when I have time" and never showed up. The worst part is he did this as a side job which I was unaware of and requested a company receipt which he failed to give saying he forgot it so he handwrit one. So now I'm out of $600 with a leaky pipe and no company work warranty after having to go behind him trying to correct his work. Very dissatisfied. I will be speaking to the owner about this!!!"

"We called Lakeview Mechanical do some plumbing at my mother's house after she had a bad experience with another plumber. We called on a Friday afternoon and they had a plumber at the house on Monday. Chad was very professional and pleasant and put my mother at ease. He was able to fix the exisiting fixtures saving my mother the expense and labor of installing all new fixtures. Honest, fair and great work. Hard to find these days. Highly recommend."

"I just had a furnace install yesterday 1/20/2020. Mike W & Chris W did a phenominal job. Their attention to detail was outstanding and the furnace, Humidifier, Humidistat, and Condensate Pump are perfectly installed. Kevin in sheetmetal cut everything perfectly for Mike and Chris for the install. Don rescued me on New Years Day when my furnace went out. During his process to get it going he said "Nick....I think its time for a furnace". My furnace was 26 years old, despite getting it running he pointed out things going bad. He did not charge me for the service call because I took his advice to get a new system. I purchased a beautiful Rheem Furnace and super nice humidifier and condesate pump. Mike and Chris were Rock Solid. I can't thank these guys enough, they really looked after me and made sure everything was perfect. Lakeview also installed a super nice Rheem water tank for me previously. My son is also in HVAC, he has field experience but works in Distributor Sales. He knows good work when he sees it and really liked talking to Don. They talked shop when Don took care of us on News Years Day 2020. Don explained to Tony what he thought was going on and Tony followed his explanations. They both explained to me what was happening with my previous system. Tony was so impressed with the guys and their quality of work. As far as electrical I have had Lakeview install three very nice high end fans for me with the related wall controls. Perfect, clean job as well. Lakeview Mechanical is outstanding and great people to work with. This company gets down to business, there is no fluff or fancy marketing. Once you have them do a job for you they become your go to mechanical contractor. Outstanding company....I will add pictures to this review. Just wanted to make sure I posted it right away.
