"So unprofessional, I’m calling the BBB. First my 2021 ram was towed up there.. 24 hours later they didn’t even know it was there! After talking to Bryan or whatever his name is, he gave me a quote, after my truck got there he tacked on so much money.. then today I find out they put a bad part on my car.. not only does he want me to pay 150.00 to inspect the car again (24 hrs later) but he also advised I would have to pay for labor. This is a hole in the wall repair shop that preys on women, and the urban community.. go to a reputable repair that when they give you a price, it won’t change once you get to the register and they have your car for ransom .. YOUVE BEEN WARNED"
"The management style has changed. My son needed work, his truck sat in the lot for a week before they got to it. Totally unsatisfactory. But I will say I love the fact that this place won't upcharge the parts that they install. I have had many successes with them. But time to get my vehicles back to me is the big issue."
