"These people are crooks, and considering the magnitude of semis sitting in their lot, I would argue that they are under qualified, when you consider they attempted to charge me 2K to rewire my trailer in conjunction with the fact that after 2 failed attempts, they managed to wire the ground wire incorrectly on the 3rd attempt, causing my trailer brakes to lock up and the lights to fail: can’t close a basic electrical circuit then attempt to charge 2K? Visit this second rate company at your own risk. If you want honest, reliable, professional solutions for your trailer needs, go to Shores trailer-They operate with integrity. And they owner doesn’t know what is going on with his employees. Too busy on the golf course, but that’s not business. The safety of my crew is. Again, visit Rite Way at your own risk."

"Worse place you can ever work for. Waiting on my last pay check for 2 weeks now. As u can tell in the reviews the company only responds to old employees who made a bad review, clearly there is an issue here. Attendance may have been a problem but absolutely no reason for hold up on final check."
"I won’t say Rite way, Wrong way! My experience with this company was awful. I was replacing two water hoses you can see in the pictures they charged me two and a half hours of labor for just two water hoses. Month ago I replaced the whole radiator in different repair shop and got charged for 3 hours of labor. Can you imagine? I forgot they put 4 clamps maybe that’s why they charged me 330$. Plus this place is discusting they smoke inside the office. That day I froze and got sick in the driver lounge if you can call it driver lounge place with two chairs and a caffe machine. Stay away from this place!"
