"I received a coupon in the Valpak mailing for a $59.95 tuneup which I was in need of so I booked the appointment. The technician arrived on time but immediately pulled out his iPad to show me the additional $39.99 charge just for showing up. This charge is not shown on the advertisement as can be seen. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!! This made me so angry at the company I politely notified the technician that I was offended and no longer wanted the service. Very poor business ethic!!"

"The initial process of getting a quote and appointment was easy and quick with website chat. The Technician, Keaton, arrived about 10 minutes before his 15 minute ETA call. He was delightful. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. Not only did Keaton figure out the issue with the garage door, he was able to service the repairs during his visit. He explained every step of the process and went over everything that he'd done while providing tips and troubleshooting ideas for any minor issues that may come up over time. He wasn't pushy nor did I feel pressured to purchase more, though he did recommend a more insulated door in the future. I am highly satisfied with this company and their Tech, Keaton.
