"Have been coming here for decades. They have deteriorated in customer service to where it is non-existent. The employees have no interest in serving the customer and exist to collect a paycheck. They have no knowledge in boating and will misinform you or say no because they have no knowledge or are too lazy to put in any effort to be of service to the customer. I will not trust them with anything on my boat. The past 3 times drove 25 minutes out of my way as they were incapable of serving me. Roger in service just as bad. Tread at your own rusk. I don't trust them"
