I feel so comfortable bringing our vehicles to Sam and knowing fully that the work is high-quality, and nobody’s trying to take advantage do anything more than what needs to be done. Anything Sam has ever offered extra has been shared with me and I’ve been given full details as to why that service is recommended. Super fortunate when we moved in Commerce my husband and I found the shop. The flexibility of having a quick oil change or being able to drop off your car for more detailed work is wonderful. "Love getting my oil changed here! Every staff encounter I've had here has been amazingly pleasant - everyone is so nice! All information about my car is always explained to me well with tons of patience and not a hint of belittlement or judgement. The service is always quick and efficient. An employee personally brought me a bottle of water and a bag of cookies while I waited. When I went to pay, another employee offered me more water and snacks. I don't want to go anywhere else to have my car serviced."
