"I called as a resident , not an employee on a weekend . They were here in about 40 minutes. The fix evidently required parts and some time . Thank you ."
"Outrageously expensive. $5566.50 for 2 guys, for 7 hours of work. $795 per hour, PLUS travel. That's the tip of the iceberg. They've been there several times over several months with thousands more previously being spent and it still doesn't work properly. Having spent that amount of money, plus thousands more, you would expect solid results. I would strongly suggest finding someone else. If you don't know what you're doing than say so, so money can be better spent."

I do not understand why Waupaca as the manufacturer did not recommend this company in the first place. This would have saved us a lot of trouble."
