"Didn’t have the best day. There was no one in the store when I came, and someone asked me if they can help me when I walked in. I politely told them I was just looking around and if I need help, I’ll let them know. And the lady that was standing behind me the whole time I was looking around, said that they didn’t have it. Another associate looked in the back and they had the back. What a miracle. So the lady “helping” me Wasn’t even eligible on the inventory that they currently had. That kind of turned me off a bit. Another thing that turned me off is that I felt pressured to buy something. The lady watching me while shopping, kept making comments about how I should get the bag and how it’s exactly my style lol. I don’t like feeling pressured to buy anything. I didn’t really like my experience, so I made an excuse and left the store. I will order my item online. I didn’t even get a chance to look around the store. I just felt like her. Her eyes were burning a hole in the back of my head and I don’t like being bothered when I’m shopping. I like to look at things and think through things on my own, without a sales associate constantly talking and bothering me and watching me. If I politely say, I don’t need help at the moment, that means exactly what I said lol."

"This was my first time in their newer location on MI ave. The other one used to be closer to Ferragamo and was much bigger. While this store was smaller and didn't have a lot of inventory, & they didn't have the item in store that I wanted, they were able to order online for me with free shipping. The reason for this review is because Hannah S the sales associate was so helpful! She is fantastic and really made our shopping an enjoyable experience."
