"Had a dishwasher delivery from Costco. Costco had some miscommunication - but the delivery guy called, gave us a time window of when he would be there, arrived during the time, installed the dishwasher and cleaned up after himself."

"Was supposed to get a dishwasher installed from a Lowe’s purchase. Install and haul away did not happen, after a laundry list of excuses and escalation we told him to just leave the dishwasher in the garage and go. Would not recommend, would also clarify with Lowe’s who exactly your installer is before too. So that you don’t end up with this guy."

"Ordered a dishwasher in November 2023 from Lowes that was sent to North Country Installs for delivery and installation. Took over 3 weeks to book the appointment. Appt. was set for 1/2, received a call at 8:00 AM saying they would be by between 10:00 AM and Noon to install. No show and I haven't been able to get a hold of them since. They don't answer the main line or return messages and they don't even answer their emergency line. They completely disrespected my wife's time she spent at home waiting (took off work) for the delivery. It's one thing to miss the appointment, it's another to not answer and make it right. Do not use them and don't have Lowes contract them for any appliance installs."

"We were supposed to have an installation done between 5-6 last night. No call no show. Unfortunately, despite Lowes reaching out on our behalf, we still had to reach out to North Country ourselves. The response from Cindy, the alleged manager was completely unacceptable. She basically yelled at me for not understanding their situation. I fail to understand why no one could inform me that installation was cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, rather than us waiting and waiting until 7pm. Furthermore, I don't understand why it takes a week and a half to rectify it, now we are not getting an installation until the 29th, have someone come to us at the end of the day. Why was I not their first phone call in the morning upon realizing their issues? Reading all the other reviews here, I can't say I am surprised. I don't expect a response, but it would sure be nice. Good companies reply to their negative Google reviews. Too bad they are making workers at stores like Lowes and Best Buy look bad. Hopefully at least the big companies look at the reviews and revisit who they choose to represent them locally. I would never want them representing my business."

"Installer calls 14 hours before install to ask for measurements and details. Then says he is not coming because he cannot connect the electrical because it is hardwired. He then mentions he can for $20. Very shady and unprofessional in my opinion. When purchasing the dishwasher from Costco, delivery and installation is included. They would not deliver the dishwasher. North County Installs 1 star, Costco 5 stars. Costco delivered the dishwasher the next day! Save yourself the hassle and have a professional company for the install."
