Put caulk where we said do not! Their prices are totally off the wall, one screw cost 14.00$ Would not recommend at all to anyone!"

"This company installed a new water heater for my elderly mother on Thursday. On Saturday afternoon my husband spotted a major leak, called the company and left a message explaining the emergency. My husband had to tape over the leak to stop the basement from flooding. The company waited until Tuesday to call my mother. They tightened the 'loose pipe' and walked out, not checking the leak above it or apologizing for the problem in the first place. While they blamed the loose pipe on the 'new guy' no explanation was ever given why it took four days to respond to an emergency call. Poor customer service and poor workmanship from begininng to end."
