"I have used Cullen for my own HVAC needs for years. My dad’s furnace went out, and he had a “membership” with another local company. So, I called them first, only to be told it would be a few days to get the part from their preferred supplier in Indy. We couldn’t let my dad go without heat any longer and called Cullen. Within an hour he had a tech there and the part picked up from a local supplier and the furnace is back up and running again. They even had heaters available for us to use in case they couldn’t get the part. Luckily it didn’t come to that, but how awesome knowing they’ll do anything to keep their customers warm! Titan is the only company we will ever use and refer people to. And that so called ridiculous “membership”.. had zero benefits to us and came with a much higher cost for parts and labor."

"Purchased a house in November 2022. HVAC system was original to the home from 1998. During the summer our electric bill jumped from roughly $220 a month to $475 a month. I reached out to a friend who recommended Titan. My wife called them to get an estimate, Cullen, the owner, showed up when he said he would, was extremely personable, professional and a fellow Kansas City Chiefs fan. After inspecting our system, he realized the issue was the AC unit outside due to the radiator fins/blades being corroded away from animal urine, exposing the coils and those were also corroded. We also discovered there was no cold air return installed in the basement, which was making the basement roughly 15 degrees or more colder than the rest of the house. We decided to choose Titan to do the work. I was extremely pleased with all of the "all the above" categories. They were very friendly, professional, experienced, efficient and did an overall great job. And our entire home now is within just a couple degrees level to level (two story home w/ finished basement). Also educated us on leaving the fan ON and setting the thermostat to the temp we want it to remain so the system circulates air properly, resulting in the system needing to kick in less often. This helped a ton! We have since gotten our first electric bill since making this system replacement and I'm ecstatic to say our electric bill dropped by roughly $200 in a single month! I can't say thank you enough to Cullen and his team. If you have any issues with your HVAC system or needing any sort of replacements, do not hesitate to call Titan Mechanical.
