The business card the tech left had a non-working qr code, typos and an incomplete zip code. Small things, but they made the tech and the business appear unprofessional. He gave me information on where to buy a new one, and returned it to me....No Charge. I will always bring electronics to this shop in the future. Great service and utterly fair."
