"Just had my roof replaced on my first home and garage, I was surprised how fast they got the job done for being in November, with snow, and in the 30's. They ripped the old roof off and laid down the felt and ice/water protection the first day, and put the new roof on the second day. They also replaced and fixed the flashing between the garage and house, and the flashing on the chimney. Everything looks great, very satisfied."

"I hired Sherriff Goslin back in March to take a look at a leak caused by bad flashing around my chimney. My roof is relatively new so I was not looking to do any major replacements. Jake comes out and tells me my roof has multiple layers of shingles and his hands are tied but he'll do the best he can to fix the issue. They charge me over $1k to come out and attempt to seal up the mortar and caulk around my chimney. The first attempt fails. Second attempt fails. Third attempt fails. Fourth attempt fails. Jake eventually tells me it's my chimney too blame and I should replace it. All the while communication and effort seem to be gradually getting worse. I contact a different roofing company to come out and they tell me my roof does not in fact have multiple layers of shingles. It's obvious the roof only has one. Some of the reasons Sherriff Goslin used for not attempting certain fixes dont hold weight anymore. I ask Matt why they told me there were multiple layers for months and I cannot get a straight answer out of him. Sherriff Goslin did take the time to tar around my chimney and apply mesh and granular. They say this will last until the roof needs to be replaced. I'll see if the tar actually holds up, but if it doesn't I wont be calling them again and i'll eat the $1k I spent and use it as a lesson learned."
