"My motor cycle, a 250cc scooter,needed a new front tire. I also asked them to repair a stripped bolt that secures the seat. I talked to Ron the owner and we agreed on a price in advance, that was good. They ordered the tire for me. They installed the tire. That part was all good. The problem is when I got it back, the front brakes were making a terrible grinding noise. And the bolt for the seat had metal slivers all over it. The bolt looked like it had been laying on the shop floor for a couple years. I was so disappointed. I took the bike to a guy that does car brakes on the side. Come to find out the front brake shoes were installed upside down or backwards. The seat bolt had to be re-tapped. So my conclusion would be that the quality control is lacking at this establishment."

"Had an issue with my new tires going bald within 7k miles. Called the shop and asked if they had an opening on Monday. They said Tuesday would be better. Dropped it off at 6am. By 2pm I had a phone call into me on what the problem was (tie rod), what they did to fix it, and a total on the invoice (I gave them a budget, and if it was under just go ahead and fix it). This is the second time I've taken my vehicle to them, and once again they've soared beyond my expectations. Got to talk to the mechanic who worked on it (Carl) and he told me what he did to fix it and if I had any other issues to get a hold of him. Got to ask questions, shake his hand, and drive away happy with a sense of security that what I wanted done was done properly and for a fair price. This place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the people inside is what counts, and they earn every penny. Thanks again to everyone who made this happen."
