"This guy is great. Compared to some other repair shops in the area, Chris may have a slightly higher price tag, but in that regard, Fremont is an area where you really do get what you pay for. In a business where the customer is NOT always right (which is why you're coming to a shop - you know you're not the expert), Chris is always willing to help and will happily suggest options you may not have known existed; it'll cost a little more at first, but save money, time, and effort in the long run. It's a little unorganized in the back, but this guy NEVER disappoints! Personally, I hold somewhat of a bias with Chris. I've lived as far from here as Akron, Ohio (about five hours away), and if I've had any issues, he's been my go-to guy."

"Chris is an awesome guy with amazingly competitive pricing, went in wanting a multi HDD tower for my business use, he had the perfect micro server case in stock stuffed a 200gb sdd hard drive in it and a 256Tb raid card for a 5 disk raid array and was willing to stripe them for me if I didn't know how. Bottom line, I have my computer guy, and highly reccomend him!"
