Since I didn't have an appointment, I wasn't expecting to be able to accomplish more than to schedule a return visit sometime after the holiday, but to my great surprise, Joseph stopped what he was doing and immediately looked at my computer. He was able to quickly identify the problem and give me a written estimate for the repairs necessary, as well as schedule an appointment for me to return at my convenience to get the work done.
