"Was in a huge pinch yesterday. Had towed a trailer up to Houghton Lake to deliver furniture and came out to find one of the tires flat. Only had a spare but no tools. Called Hendrix Towing and Howard answered. Showed up in 30 minutes and put the spare on. Didn’t see a leak in tire that was flat so he sent me to Walmart(Only place open on Sunday) where they were able to fix tire but wouldn’t put it back on the trailer for me. Called Howard back and he graciously came out to parking lot at Walmart and put the tire on for me. I made it home safely the 2 hour drive. Thanks to the kind help of a stranger. Thanks Howard.
