He then gives me a bill for $85 for his service call. I said I shouldn't have a bill if Advance sent me an uncertified tech with no training in the R600 cooling system. Tech was rude and said its the company's policy. Bill was paid and customer service agreed with their tech to collect and to seek out another service company."
