"I bought a $200 machine here. When i opened it i quickly realized all the bags were opened and gone thru. There is a mat missing which will cost $20 to replace. When i called the store they told me they dont accept any returns once it has been opened. So how did i get a used product?"
"Just cannot believe the high prices. They're good for some craft items and sales but even on sale, flower prices are crazy!!! Would never buy any type of flower or greenery there. It's sad because they are definitely beautiful but way overpriced. I work with flowers but cannot afford to buy at Michaels."

"I love this place! There's always a great selection of arts and crafts for all ages. The selection doesn't stop at arts and crafts. They have jewelry items, stained glass pieces, woodworking, sewing, artificial flowers,, frames and so much more.. It's also a good place to look for household and seasonal decorations. Did I mention that they also have fantastic sales?"
"This place has everything you need to make anything your are making. Unless you need big pieces of wood, steal or pvc. For crafter it's has everything. I love the seasonal decor they have as well."
