"I had a slightly off experience the first time as the owner happened to experience a family emergency at the same time as pick up, so communication was off. I gave this spot another chance since it’s pretty close by and affordable. The owner and employees are very nice and quick with the order. Will go back."

"I brought them my wife’s bridesmaid dress for an upcoming wedding just to be altered or shortened a few inches, when I came to pick it up two weeks later it had blue ink spots all over it and the owner pretended like he knew nothing about it, and he said they would have it cleaned and I could come back and get it the next week although when I returned it’s still had blue ink spots all over it…Then this turned in to a game of, come back in a week, then a week later I’d be back and he would say “oh, I still can’t get it fixed…I need to send it out to another location to get it fixed” (and then another week would go by) and he would say “I didn’t get it back yet” or “oh it’s not ready yet” it was never ready as promised and then ultimately he tried giving us another dress that was nothing at all like the [matching] bridesmaids dress that was needed for the wedding. When I confronted him about being compensated for the dress he went on and on telling me about how business has been really slow for him, everything is so unfortunate, he doesn’t have enough money to pay us for the dress and he said $150 was far too much for the dress (in his opinion I guess) and that we need to understand the amount of money that he paid to have the dress ruined by another cleaner wasn’t his fault (why is a cleaner outsourcing, incapable) and ultimately he would only repay us $100 even after all of the bullcrap that he put us through. Claimed it’s the first time it’s ever happened in all of his years of business, yet I find that extremely hard to believe. He does not care about you as a customer, he will say that he does but actions speak louder than words and he couldn’t even pony up the $150 for the dress after two months of giving us the run around."
