"We are very happy with John and Pam and their crew. Great job cleaning the windows and screens including cathedral. They are honest and professional. They were extremely efficient in how they work as a team. We have technically difficult and delicate security screens on all windows. We have had three window cleaning companies over the years, all of which claimed they had experience dealing with those type screens, only to learn later of their false claim resulting in very expensive service call by the security company to sort things out. John was completely honest. He came to give quote and straight away said, I don't know about security screens but willing to learn, I'm sure we can do it. We walked him through it and he did a fantastic job for better price. He also took care of the detail such as removing insect and birds nest set into the surrounding frame and moldings. The screens were beautifully cleaned as well. I give "I Know a Guy Window Cleaning" 5+ star rating. I also appreciate that it is a family owned businesses. You won't be disappointed."
