"This company is understaffed and if your waiting on hold to talk to someone because you haven't heard from them about the status of you chainsaw after three weeks don't be surprised if your cut off cold. after waiting for a long time . I believe that the favorable posts on this site are mad by the management. good luck!"
"Thing is they are the only place in town and monopolies are rarely good at business or service. Their prices are very close to retail and their inventory is low as well. Need a snowblower? Buy it in summer..need a lawnmower? Winter is the time to buy. A lot of days it is not unusual to spend 1/2 hour to be waited on. Their service department is definitely below average. Like the counter it is understaffed. Need something quick that is broken? It's a three week wait. When you call in and are put on hold the wait dialog is about 100 % customer satisfaction. They also put things together wrong. I had to fix my dumpcart so it would dump. When I mentioned it all I got was a smirk...not an apology. It all comes down to what are ya gonna do? Go here or drive 40-60 miles to go somewhere else. There is nothing wrong with the place that competition would not fix. As it is now I have no choice other to to write this review"
"Only two people at service desk. Lines were getting long. Had a rebuild option for my starter so was happy about that. Saved $100. Just need to be more proactive serving customers"
