He shows up when he says he will be there. He is careful to make sure that all work he does is up to code. I have had Pat work on two houses so far and I hope to continue to work with him in the future. They have done a variety of work including plumbing repair, installing insulation, repairing previously completed porch work, framing, siding installation and door & window installations.
