"Interested clients. Please know B&B ownership doesn’t follow through with its commitments. When faced with a pool surface issue last year, I called B&B to seek diagnostic assistance since it installed the surfacing. The owner ended up calling me back, and said he would talk to the subcontractors who did the work and get somebody out to inspect our situation. This promise was made in or around July. Nobody came, nor did they return my 3-4 voicemails. The season ended with no help from B&B. Then when they sent our Club a proposal to clean it this year (2022), I called to potentially have them perform the work. They answered the phone, apparently put me on pause to talk to the owner, and they said they wouldnt do the work. Interesting to see ownership who apparently avoids engagement with those he may be culpable to. Good job B&B."
