"Poor communication, when instructors are there they don't seem to be advanced enough to teach older students. Paid private lessons trump kids that paid for a monthly subscription. Definitely don't recommend"
"Don't recommend for young children. Very bad experience. Instructors are very young. They will reschedule your lesson and then when you show up they act surprised and have no teachers available. So then you leave with disappointed crying children. When it happened to me another mom in lobby said it’s happens to her before too. There was an instructor there that looked at my crying children and said “Sorry I can’t stay my sister is home for a bbq”. The locker rooms are old and rusty and the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in years. It’s gross."
"Coach Kelton is absolutely the best coach in Michigan hands down! My kids had the opportunity to be coached by him and was such a motivational person in their lives and I thank him for that. I thank him in getting my daughter into the Air Force Academy as a D1 swimmer. Kelton is number one hands down."
