"The customer service from this company is phenomenal. I bought my Clarity Precision 7 from them in August 2020. Lately I’ve noticed a little water leaking from underneath and I was hearing odd gurgling bubbles as if there was air trapped in the lines or something. I called Spas Factory Direct in Mishawaka and spoke to Rodney Couch but instead of setting up a service appointment he walked me through fixing it myself. Okay, I’m a 70 year old woman and with Rodney’s help I removed the panel and fixed the leak in the ozonator hose. He was so patient and nice and even FaceTimed with me to see the problem. The weird sound is gone now and he probably saved me a couple hundred dollars. Thanks Rodney! You guys are all so nice there. I love my spa. Debbie"

Not only that, he was extremely helpful as we started out trying to figure out how to get the chemicals just right. When we go in and purchase supplies, we always feel well cared for.
