I've ordered a fair amount of flowers in the past from other florists, but this florist went above and beyond to ensure my wife got great flowers that look better than the photos and with a colour palette that makes sense. "I was a little disappointed when a coupon they sent me via email was not honored at the checkout. I received an email from them for 30% off a regular priced item. I went to their store because of the coupon for something I could have purchased at a store much closer to home, spring flowering bulbs. When I got their the bulbs were marked on sale at 20%. Because I knew the requirement for the 30% was for a regular priced item I told the cashier to ring the bag up at regular price and then I could get the 30% off instead of the sale 20% off price. She said she could not do it. Oh well, life isn't perfect I guess in the world of marketing."
