"Jasmine was amazing help with balloons but the cashier Kolleen older white lady needs an attitude adjustment on how to treat customers and when the store is busy that doesn’t give you an excuse to be a terrible person you’re getting paid to be there if you don’t want to be there get a different job or retire"
"This place is good to shop at, usually finding everything I need. My only complaint is that I have never seen more than one cashier. The other day, we waited in line for about 10 minutes due to long lines and issues with payments. The cashier was respectful but could tell she was frustrated."
"Your usual dollar tree with a side of biohazard, this poo (which will be calcified soon enough) as I moved to the area mid August, and it’s been there every time I’ve made a trip here, I laughed at first because it’s on the wall too, and it’s like how does that happen….but like come on don’t pretend like y’all don’t see it l m a o (it’s on the side of the store facing Garfield)"
"Just witnessed the "manager" Bernard verbally abuse a young female employee in front of multiple customers saying she is just a cashier going on and on..when I asked her if she was ok while she held back tears..he then verbally attacked me saying I should stay in my lane..my husband and I left as did a couple more customers..is this the type of managers you keep?.. please do something about this..its disgusting!"
"The store is well maintained and stocked well every time I have shopped, which I would estimate approximately 10 times since it opened. I have encountered other associates that were pleasant however Today and on another shopping trip I checked out with Sales Associate Jack whom on both occasions had a bad attitude, bad energy as if he doesn’t want to do what he is doing. No greeting, no Thank You and on this trip he didn’t hand me my receipt just laid it on the counter without a word. I like this location and will continue to shop here but will not deal with Sales Associate Jack in future."
