"Very unprofessional. I've been reaching out to the for a month and when I finally did get someone on the phone, after I explained to them that I have been trying to get ahold of them, they were offering to come out and perform a maintenance check. They asked me to text the owner/the number I called with my contact info and I let them know that I did several weeks ago and no response. After that, the woman on the phone changed her mind and said they were not taking on new clients. It would of been helpful if they would of said that the first couple of times I tried to reach them and left voicemails. Sort of seems that they decided not to take on any new clients because I told them I've been trying to get ahold of them for months now."
