Edible Arrangements

"I was very disappointed with my order today. The fruit box was placed in a plastic bag not in a box wrapped up like a gift. The lady was rude when l asked why the change. She stated that's is how it is. This was supposed to be a gift for someone. I could have gone to some grocery bought those same fruits and putting them in a plastic bag if that was the case. This is my second time at this location and both times the services have been horrible I only used this location because it is en route to my office otherwise I wouldn't even have bothered but from now on l will stick with the location I am used to."

"Margaret was a huge part in making me a happy customer. I probably called in about a dozen times to coordinate and adjust an order of mine. She was pleasant and helpful each time."

"Ordered a special package of treats AND balloons for my husbands birthday to be delivered to his office. My husbands building is high security with cameras everywhere that conveniently caught the delivery driver lose the balloons when he opened the van door. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, he just played it off and didn’t say a word. Also, the order of treats themselves were incorrect. When I called the store, I was told the manager would call on the weekend when they were there to make it right, I never received that call. I tried a couple more times to no success. Apparently good customer service isn’t a priority to this location and I wouldn’t recommend using them :/"

"I had a wonderful experience with this store! I had a couple arrangements sent to my son and daughter as today was her birthday, she was with her father so I asked if they could sing her happy Birthday as well. An AMAZING employee there by the name of Sheryl not only sang my daughter Happy Birthday, she called me to let me know she did, and thanked me for the opportunity!! Sheryl you don't know how much that meant to me, and I can't thank you enough. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! GREAT PPL WORK HERE!"

"Terrible customer service. I ordered a Mothers Day package of chocolate covered strawberries with festive and colorful dipped chocolate and heart signage on the strawberries. I received all plain chocolate covered strawberries. You could not go in the store so it was a driveup delivery. When I got home from my 35 minute drive to the Troy store and called to complain, i was asked if i wanted to come back and exchange. “Heck no i don't want to drive all the way back out there”. No apology, just, “ do you want to come back and get it. Then the young lady haggled me about the $8 Mothers day purple box that I received with my order which is what I paid for. She implied that since I got the right box and the wrong product, they would not refund that portion. It was very petty and an unsettling experience. Too much attitude with the young worker. I will not be returning."
