"Mike accepted a job to put a vent in soffit but said he had to order the part which should take about a week. After not hearing from Mike at all, sent him a text and asked if part had come in and was told no but should be within the week. Another 2 weeks went by with no word from Mike. Sent a text in which he called back and said that he was just waiting on the part and not to worry, he would get us folks taken care of. It's now been more than 8 weeks with no response from him. Hired another company on Monday and it was done on Wednesday! Mike apparently has too much $$ to take the smaller jobs and is not professional enough to let people know he doesn't want to do the job."

Looked it over and determined what the problem was and it's non safety of using it. Ordered a new furnace and 5 days later showed up on time and completely installed in just over 2 hours.. "Our AC unit went out during the heatwave which made for a few miserable days with an 86 degree house. C&N came out and looked at it fast and setup a date to replace our unit which was very old. We also asked for a new furnace. The price was reasonable and the service was great. Not only were they on time the day of the install, they were early and finished up earlier than I anticipated.
