"The place needed working equipment 10 years ago. Owner neglected in a bad way. Change machines don't even work. Staff blames owner too. Just close it down already!!!"
"If only I could rate it any lower. So many machines out of order (note the blue tape when you walk in). If you look closely you will see/smell mold and mildew. The attendant was incredibly rude to another customer. She loudly shamed her for having pet fur on her clothes and kicked her out. I will not return here, there are much better places to go. This place needs to be shut down."
"There was nobody in there when I went today and soon I figured out why. About 90% of the machines are out of order. There was only one big washer that “worked”. I say “worked” because the attendant had to take the top off and manually start it for me. The vending machines are out of order, bathroom is gross, etc. The attendant got mad and told me I put too much in the dryer (there was plenty of room left) and coincidentally the door “popped” open 3 or 4 times but once I decided to stand over by the dryer it stayed shut. Lost dry time because of that. This place needs some serious remodeling. I wouldn’t be surprised if they went out of business because they can’t be bringing in that much money if that many machines are out of order."
