"Wow!!! Hideous customer service and a bad product today. The strawberries were white and old. The pineapple was dried out and the bananas were overly ripe and had brown, sticky liquid dripping from them. The worst was the fingerprints in the chocolate. When I called for a refund or remake I was refused. I first spoke with LAURA and was treated disrespectfully (as always by her)! I literally spend $1000’s at this location alone and this is the service I receive. Laura actually argued with me about the taste of the fruit. Nothing kind about her, just pure rudeness and a complete disrespect for me as a customer. This location has gone downhill as confirmed by other reviewers. I’ll pay an outrageous price but I expect a good product, quality control, and a staff who isn’t rude every single time."
