"Sad story we spend so much money with these guys and we trusted them. my wife took broken chain and cross to be fixed After we got it back the chain had weight different and the cross they took part of the hanger and welded for no reason . And am not talking about weld weight different over 1 gram on chain short and the cross hanger ben cut and weld for no reason there was nothing wrong with cross but my wife left it attached with chain I was going to ggo there and confront him but my wife said not Wirth our time"

"Worst experience I’ve had at a jewelry store, employees were very condescending and rude as soon as I walked in. I came initially to buy a set for my mother, and the experience was a 0/10. I wanted to take a picture to send to her to see if she’ll like it because she’s out of town, and they refused and gave me the worst attitude for asking to take a picture. Trust me and go to Adam and Eves fine jewelry down the street. I went there after this horrible experience and they gave me top notch service right off the bat. So thankful for that! The sweetest couple runs that store. They helped me pick out a design for my mother, on top of giving me a good discount. I went back the next week and got another piece due to the great experience on top of trusting them with my repairs. I will gladly give my money there rather than this horrible establishment."

"I visited the place twice. On my first visit at 6 pm, they were closed even though their Google hours showed 7 pm for that day. I went again today to sell a bar, only to be told they don't deal with bars. Quite surprising!"

"Poor customer service, the do not greet you! They only respond to a certain cultural group of people! I walked in and waited for more than 20 min and they decided to help the next customer that walked in who spoke the same language. Finally, I was greeted and shown something less than 2 min! I decided to leave as I was not being helped! No respect towards customers. No good byes or anything. If I could I would leave zero ratings! Go somewhere else where you feel welcomed and pay the extra money."
