"This is a typical Walmart, not supercenter. It caters to the basic everyday needs with primarily self checkouts open. The store has become better maintained and more organized since with the pickup area expansion in 2023. Parking lot is large but still crammed at the main entrance. Employees are generally nice but also look like they hate helping people. Small bottle return area in the front entrance."
"Was at self checkout and missed the gift receipt option. Was told it couldn't be done by anyone after the fact. Only customer service had the option to do so, but since it was past their hours, it couldn't be done at all. Management was calm, but not helpful at all. He acted like as my issue wasn't a concern to him. All I needed was a sincere apology but he just didn't care to even say anything besides we can't do it. Fix your problems Walmart and hire better managers for this location."
"Do not buy gift cards here I bought 3 and they took my money but didn't activate them. The told me "well it's on the receipt so it has to be activated" customer service was terrible. Especially when Walmart told me to bring it back with a receipt. Pretty sure that's theft but I'm not a lawyer so."
"Zero stars. Never again. I will gladly drive miles out of my way to avoid this Walmart location. The people who work here are incredibly rude. Last night a guy stacking the shelves walked up on me, standing uncomfortably close. He didn't put anything or take anything off of the shelves but just stood behind me. I was startled and asked if I was in his way and he just stared at me hardcore and then turned around and walked away without saying anything. His behavior was bizarre and intimidating. Then when I checked out, the guy who rang me up did not say one word to me. He didn't say hello, didn't tell me what my total was and didn't say thank you or goodbye when handing me my change. Everyone is over the bad attitudes. You'll all be replaced by robots soon."
