"I called this place to bring a couple coins, so someone could look at them for me. See if I wanted to sell them when I got there. Whoever the guy was started yelling at me. I don’t look at coins for free. I am a businessman but the guy that answered the phone and told me to go ahead and bring them up there. Someone will look at them for me, but when I got there was a whole Nother story, needless to say I took my business elsewhere."
"Visited today to drop off my coins for grading. The people in the store were very friendly and helpful. Good deal on junk silver. Very helpful to send the coins for grading as most other stores in the area do not have or do not want to do it. My first time to this LCS but definitely will be back."
"Awful customer service. Kept pushing back the date I was supposed to pick up my necklace which was already paid for but that’s not even the worst part. I would call and be told that it was ready for pick up then show up and be told it’s not there. This happened two days in a row. I finally got a refund after I realized that I was never going to receive my product. Do not shop here."
"Walked in wanting to sell my wedding set, and they basically refused to even give an offer. I asked why, because the gold can be melted down (it was alot of gold) and they said they're not buying anymore gold but yet they have a sign that says buy gold. Rude."
