"I went to repair my ring and size it and ended up happily getting more.Tina was amazing and I was able to get two additional rings because of her help. I wanted to upgrade my husbands ring for a long time and she helped me have a way to do that. Also added an extra band to my ring which I wanted to for a long time also because I lost my previous band that went with it. She suggested I get another band and maybe more jewelry and she can help me with it. It was like she read my mind on what I wanted but I didn't know I could get it . She made it happen. Thanks"

"I was really hoping to give the place a whopping zero stars because this is the most bass ackwards run store I have ever set foot in. My wedding ring had a stone fall out, I had the stone and the ring. The lady who took my ring said that when they send it to the jewelers for fixing they will also tighten and retip the other prongs and proceeded to charge me $110 saying I was getting a "deal". Ring was promised back by 8/15 or before. I called on 8/16 inquiring about the location of my ring. Come to find out they have not done anything other than further damage my wedding ring! A family heirloom. They said now that the stone that fell out was chipped. There was no mention of this before at all. In fact the receipt specifically says no chips or damage. When I asked how this could be the lady on the phone said that the jeweler looks under the stone... If the stone was out of the ring it was 100% visible to the lady at the counter. Now they are saying I need to pay an addition $190 to get this fixed and it would be another few weeks before I saw my jewelry. Upon teller the rude lady on the phone I want a full refund and my ring back she says I won't be getting my ring for about another week and HUNG UP ON ME! Do not go to Kay jewelers. They will damage your property and rob you at the same time!"

"I was shopping for a last minute holiday gift while visiting family from out of town. Tina went over and above to help me and her customer service was fantastic. She got me a great deal and her positive energy was infectious. I wish more people had her work ethic. I will definitely be sending local friends and family there in the future."
