"I decided to try out this jewelry place. I was hesitant to go there because I am an unusual customer in the area. The business is in the center of a busy middle eastern shopping plaza and caters to predominately middle eastern population. With a bit of nervousness, I decided to go in and I had the BEST customer service experience. I thought people would look at me with suspicion because I'm Black and I wasn't dressed looking like I was ready to by some gold, I literally had on my hobo knit hat, sweat pants and a hobo coat. However, I was greeted as soon I walked in with a smile and given first class attention. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did not feel out of place. The selections was plenty and beautiful. The prices are very fair. I use to go to another spot out of town for over 10 years. Farah Jewelers will be my new go to for gold jewelry. I bought two beautiful bangles and a ring. I will be back in the near future for more purchase and I recommend this place to anyone"
