We arranged this from out of town and felt communication could have been better? I won't knock points because when we needed to reach her we could (email was sketchy but direct by phone was always a connection.) her work was awesome and she came through in the clutch. "I contacted Andrea needing two arrangements for a funeral. I was told that they could be delivered on Sunday before the visitation started and it was in Michigan. The flowers she chose were beautiful both in regards to fresh and most fully open and color. I was very surprised that these arrangements seemed to co-ordinate with the color of the others from the family ordered elsewhere. I was TOTALLY happy with the price for what I got as well. Very trustworthy service for a difficult time, thank you so much for easing that burden Andrea!"
