"I called first because I didn’t want to leave my engagement ring longer than a few hours. The first store said that I needed to just bring my ring in, but in another breathe told me he had 300 jobs ahead of me. Helen and Paul took my ring, checked to make sure everything was tight(prongs and stones), measured my finger and told me that they would call in the afternoon for me to try it on before finishing it. Two hours later, I was back trying it on, fit perfectly, and Paul even made sure that he didn’t cut into the jewelers stamp inside. We will definitely go back again."
