"Normally, I love this Joann's. Today when I went to look for something very specific that the website said was in stock at this particular location, I had a less than pleasant experience. After looking for about 15 minutes with no luck, I asked a worker for some assistance finding it and they said all they had was on the shelf, which would have been fine but they followed it up by saying "we probably have it in the back," while walking away from me. I understand the holiday season is a busy time of year for retail workers and I probably just caught this person at a bad moment, but I had asked very nicely and was met with unnecessary hostility. I also knew the item was in stock, just not out on the shelves for whatever reason and they were unwilling to check."

"Great place to wander around in, unless you are like me. I'm the kinda person, who gets a project in mind and can see all the possibilities and will buy lots of stuff. But when I don't have a project, stores like these can't really inspire me, so I wind up going in for just one thing. It was easy to find what I was looking for and the staff helped me when I asked for it. Update: 11/5/22 Bumped them from 4 to 5 stars. The staff continue to be amazing and sympathetic. The older cashier tried to help a woman with a child get coupons for their order. Also I've been to like 6 craft stores looking for these leather buckles and this place actually had them."
