"I took 8 watches in for repair yesterday. Wendy and Troy dropped everything to help me. They were so professional, personable and kind. One watch could not be repaired because it had water damage but I never expected to leave in less than 15 minutes with 7 working watches and the cost was only $56. Thank you for your wonderful service. I had my wedding ring resized there as well and received the same fast, friendly and professional service. I love this little shop."
"I got some rings resized here a few months ago. Most of the rings I got back were misshapen and had streaks on them where they looked perfect beforehand. The streaks/roughness are a little hard to see on the pictures, but the awful misshapenness comes through. I took them back to fix them and they told me that’s what I should expect when getting rings resized, but other qualified people have told me otherwise. The ring band looks horrible now, and I feel like they ruined my ring. Wasted money & disappointed…"
"The diamond fell out of my wedding ring over Labor Day weekend - luckily I found it. We walked in and were immediately greeted by their friendly staff. Wendi is awesome! She looked at my ring, told me what happened, what she thought the jeweler would need to do, when the jeweler would call and the pricing for each possible scenario. This was on Saturday. The jeweler called on Tuesday (just as Wendi said), discussed the repair and told me when she expected to be finished - a couple days. She called me the next day! My ring is beautiful and looks like new! Also, I got it back on my 21st anniversary ❤️ Thank you Olde Towne Coin & Gold"
