"About a month ago we noticed that we may have had a small leak in our roof as well as a couple shingles that went missing in a storm. We had our roof replaced about 8 years ago so this shouldn't have happened. I quickly hopped on my computer to see who I could find to repair these 2 issues. I came across A & B Home Improvement and reached out for a quote. Brad was very quick to swing by and take a look. Turned out the previous installer did a terrible job so we needed to replace the whole roof. Brad was very quick to offer a range of solutions. He was not pushy at all and even attempted to reach out to other roof installers to try to compare prices for us. We signed the contract and started picking the shingle style fairly quickly to get the ball rolling. We had set the install date for a Tuesday but they ended up showing up the Saturday before. I did have to miss a day of work but it worked out since it was finished before the storm that came through a few days later. The whole process went smoothly. The team was professional and quick. They made sure to clean every little thing that came off the roof so it was not blowing around the neighborhood. It is a great feeling to know that I have a roof that is installed correctly WITH a warranty just in case this time. Thankful to Brad and his team for doing such a great job."
